Keeping the family space
The initial purchase includes first-year hosting. Later hosting is optional and priced to cover the cost of keeping your family’s space online. There is no automatic renewal. Additional stories and heirlooms are separate purchases.

No. Invited relatives can contribute and read purchased stories in the family space. There are no per-person seats.

Yes, in full, if you tell us within 24 hours of buying. After that the research is under way. A refund ends the service: what we prepared is removed, and everything your family shared stays yours. Purchases and refunds.
No. Story packs and heirlooms are individual purchases. Hosting after the included first year is optional and never renews automatically.
